Water treatment chemical for Chiller

Chiller chemicals are used to control corrosion and to prevent bacteria growth. 

DESCRIPTION

MAXTREAT-2925 is a nitrite based liquid formulation, along with a pH buffer and yellow metal corrosion inhibitor. The product is recommended for use in closed component cooling system like DG sets and chillers.

Also it is recommended for use as corrosion inhibitor in brine cooling and very low temperature cooling systems.

BENEFITS
· Effective over wide range of conditions, such as in systems of multi-metal construction, where the flow is sluggish and oxygen levels are either extremely low or high.
· Protects DG, Chillers, brine and ultra low temp circuits from corrosion. Does not stain or harm equipment like mechanical seals etc.
· Protects machine & mold cooling circuits and various closed loops associated with steel mills.
· Protects piping, valves, pumps and heat exchangers by producing a protective film on all exposed metal surfaces - iron, steel, copper, copper alloys and aluminum.
· Easy to feed liquid, requires no premixing.
· Controls corrosion of both ferrous and non ferrous metallurgy.

PPLICATION & DOSAGE:
Dose of corrosion inhibitors varies with TDS, temperature and system operating conditions. Keep the pH of operation > 7.0. Thermax will provide technical assistance in arriving at optimum dosages for your design operating conditions.

HANDLING AND SAFETY:
Contains Alkali. Alkaline solutions Cause burns. Harmful if swallowed. Do not get in eyes, on skin or clothing. In case of any contact with skin or eyes, wash with plenty of water and get medical help immediately. Product is stable under normal conditions of storage and operation
